Prime Care Senior Services LLC was founded by Dr. Sanjay Maheshwari, a healthcare professional with more than 30 years of experience serving patients in clinical, diagnostic, and community healthcare settings.
Dr. Maheshwari earned his medical degree in New Delhi, India, and subsequently pursued advanced medical research and clinical training in the United States. His academic and professional career reflects a lifelong commitment to improving patient care and advancing medical knowledge.

Experience serving seniors in their homes
Throughout his career, Dr. Maheshwari has cared for patients with both acute and chronic medical conditions and has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by seniors and their families.
Most recently, he provided mobile echocardiography and ultrasound services to seniors and homebound patients throughout Ohio — including private residences, senior communities, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing environments.
During his work with DispatchHealth and mobile diagnostic imaging programs, Dr. Maheshwari performed home-based cardiac and ultrasound diagnostic services, giving him firsthand insight into the needs of older adults who wish to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
